The four layers

The seven circles do not all do the same kind of work. Their work runs in a sequence:

A	Instruments	Building the tools of thought, argument and judgement
B	Diagnosis	Understanding the modern world and locating the root of the problem
C	Construction	Building the Islamic answer and a new scholarly structure
D	Transmission	Turning all of it into a working system
